South of France Take Two

So we went to a slightly different place this time, but it was still beautiful, maybe more so. We visited all the old towns and castles which looked like something out of a fairy tale. The weather was lovely (as you can see from my sunbathing photo). The food was great too, and I think I ate way too many crepes. I don't have any names of the places we went, sorry, but I'll try and find out as I want to know the name of the castle above as it was truly beautiful. Also, more photos will be coming as they are on my camera and these were just taken with my phone, so watch this space.

My Cat ♥

I've decided that because my cat is adorable, and my best friend, I'm going to make her tumblr famous. She does all this cute stuff all the time and I see these cats on tumblr just doing the same thing, so I thought why can't my cat just be there? She's great. Oh, and she sits on command. It's cool.

May Ball

So at my school, we have a tradition where at the end of your final year (Year 13) there is a May Ball. You get all dressed up and the school rents out a hotel, and everyone from the year goes as well as teachers and some parents. It's just an evening for you all to feel pretty and stuff I think. But yeh, I'm sort of looking forward to ours. Even though it's two years away.. But, since the current year 13s have just had theirs, I've been looking at dresses as I'm inspired right now. 

These are the ones that I've found so far. They're all from a website called TJFormal and they're all extremely out of my price range, but it's nice to look.

As you can see, these are all long because I'm planning on wearing a long dress. I mean, as I'm tall (5ft 10) I might as well take advantage of that for one night. I'm not going to get many chanced to wear gowns like these so I've decided I'll go all out on this night. Usually I wouldn't make a huge deal out of things like this, but I guess I will for this since it will be the last night we all get together as one year group.

I am going to see what sort of dresses my friends pick out, but I don't even care if I look slightly over-dressed compared to them. The plainer, more simple, design seems to be common at these things, so that's what I've tried to pick with these dresses. There were a lot of extravagant and very pretty ones on that website, so if you're into looking at dresses and dreaming you could look good in them, then I suggest you go check it out. They do everything from prom dresses to cocktail dresses to Mother of the Bride dresses. Some of their wedding dresses are nice too.

For some reason, I seem to have picked all La Femme dresses here, probably because I love the model they use. They seem to do my favourite styles, so that's why I always pick them. Although the website has many different designers on it if you aren't as taken with these.
